Our approach
Everyone working at The Hive – whether on our youth work team, business support, kitchen, volunteer crew or as a mentor – is supported with full safeguarding training in line with our policy below. Our youth work leads liaise with professionals working with young people across Wirral and with local schools, other youth work organisations and specialists to help make sure young people are safe, happy and able to thrive. We’re here for every young person, however they need us – and if we’ve spotted a cause for concern, this is how we make sure it’s raised.
