With only two sleeps until our Royal Albert Hall trip we have some important information to share with you.  Please have a read through of the below and we look forward to seeing you all for a really exciting day on Sunday!

 

  • Coaches will leave at 8.30am prompt so please arrive with enough time.

 

  • We have two coaches, and you will be allocated a specific coach. Please do not swap with anyone from the other coach.

 

  • Bring your own lunch, food will be provided on the way back.

 

  • Wear layers. We don’t know how hot/cold it’s going to be on the coach/in the Hall.

 

  • You will be given a wristband, please keep this on at all times. We are in the Green Zone for coach drop off/pick up.

 

  • Seat Tickets will be given out as you get off the bus.

 

  • Your bag will be searched when you enter the Albert hall.

 

  • You can take in drinks and snacks but no cans or glass bottles.

 

  • You will be given a bottle of water as you leave the coach to take into the event.

 

  • There will be an opportunity to buy drinks in the Hall.

 

  • You must take your seats by 3.45pm, performance starts at 4.00pm.

 

  • There will be one planned coach stop on the way.

 

  • If you/your child suffers with travel sickness please make sure you give them the appropriate medication.

 

  • We will be leaving the Royal Albert hall at 7.00pm prompt, arriving back at approximately 11.30pm.

 

  • If you need to contact our group while we are out, please call our Hive reception on 0151 705 8000 who will be able to help. After 8pm on Sunday please message our Facebook page if you need to contact us as this page will be monitored on our journey home.
